In all games, including classic collection, running under 5.0 causes a black box window to appear and linger for an indefinite amount of time. "Swords and Sandals Classic Collection" is fully playable under 4.11 although is not under 5.0. In the Swords and Sandals Anthology, a collection of similar Flash-based games, all but one title has major technical issues that make the games unplayable.
